Fine Print 1.Eligibility: •The program is open to current clients (“Advocates”) of TUbeauty Med Spa who have completed at least one paid treatment or service. •Referred friends (“Referees”) must be new clients who have not previously received any services or treatments at TUbeauty Med Spa. •Referees must meet the minimum purchase requirement of $500 or more on their first visit to qualify for the $150 referral credit. 2.Program Details: •Advocates will receive a $150 credit for each eligible referral. •Referees will receive a $150 credit to apply to their first service. •Credits can only be applied to future bookings and cannot be used for the initial purchase. 3.Referral Credit Usage: •Referral credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. •Credits can be applied to all services. •Any unused portion of a referral credit will not carry over or be refunded. 4.How to Participate: •Advocates must register for the referral program and share their unique referral code or link with friends. •Referees must provide the Advocate’s referral code or use the unique link during their booking or checkout process. 5.Limitations: •Each Advocate is eligible to earn referral credits can be accumulated and applied toward future services during the program period. •Referral credits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless specifically stated. 6.Program Abuse: •TUbeauty Med Spa reserves the right to disqualify referrals or terminate participation in the program if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected. •Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, creating fake accounts, referring oneself, or providing false information. 7.Program Changes: •TUbeauty Med Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. •Any changes will be communicated via our website or email. 8.Other Conditions: •Referral credits must be used within 6 months from the date they are issued. •Credits will not be reinstated if expired or forfeited due to cancellation or non-use. 9.Liability: •TUbeauty Med Spa is not responsible for any technical errors, system failures, or issues that may prevent participation in the referral program. •All decisions made by TUbeauty Med Spa regarding the program are final and binding.
